Friday, Feb. 5th-Whew!

As I write this we are thrilled to be at the Best Western in Wendover, UT! If that confuses you, let me explain. After a day of driving across the wide open spaces of Nevada, and believe me, they are seemingly endless, we ran into sketchy weather-rain-snow mix with fog--not what you want to drive in while on winding mountain roads in the dark. So, we changed plans and pulled into Wendover. Whew! Tomorrow we'll go the rest of the way to Salt Lake City in the light of day and on to Kathy and Steve's outside of Park City. If we don't post a blog for a while, don't worry. It will be because we're having so much fun.
