We awoke to a rainy day this morning, but headed out to the LBJ Library/Museum on the UT campus. Then we took in the IMAX-3-D showing of "Alice in Wonderland". It was amazing! Courtney's boss had signed up for a Thai cooking class but couldn't go and was looking for someone to fill in for him. I was glad to volunteer and Dick also signed up. We now can add Thai culinary skills to our resumes and will treat some lucky friends to a Thai dinner when we return! Wait til you taste the Shrimp-Lemongrass soup with gandala and our green curry chicken! After cooking class, we met up with Molly for our regular visit to Don's Depot to check our South Dakota's own Chris Gage who plays there every Monday nite. He did not disappoint. Guess we had a pretty good day in spite of the weather!
